Job summary

Komar Sourcing Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced merchandiser to manage end-to-end product development and production for garment lines, including sleepwear and kids wear.

The role requires overseeing orders from quotation to final shipment with factories and international customers, and close collaboration on development and production planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above, graduate in Fashion and Textile or related field.
• Knowledge of garment making and fabric production.
• Minimum 3-4 years merchandising experience in garment industry.
• Able to manage entire product development and production.
• Previous experience in sleepwear/kids wear will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Chinese and Mandarin is a must.
• Well organized, flexible, self-initiative, positive thinking and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Must be prepared to travel occasionally to China/Offshore for factory visits when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Follow up orders from quotation, sampling to final shipment with factory and overseas customers.
• Coordinate with customers for product development, production follow-up to bulk production.
• Work independently with factory and customers for daily operation.
