Job summary

Mead Johnson Nutrition (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Marketing Manager with 5+ years in nutrition, pharmaceutical, or medical devices to drive strategic medical marketing initiatives. You will craft HCP materials, train sales teams, and manage national symposia and KOL engagement while ensuring compliant budget oversight.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional collaboration with Marketing & Trade, exploring new business opportunities, and guiding EPD/NPD for S&S products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science or nutrition is required.
• At least 5 years exposure in nutrition, pharmaceutical or medical device companies; solid field sales experience is a plus.
• Exposure to Hong Kong healthcare systems is advantageous.
• Strong experience in product management and business understanding.
• Capabilities in budgeting and P&L management (A&P budgeting).
• Experience in people management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

• Develop HCP communication materials based on latest scientific evidence and train the sales team to convey messages accurately to HCPs.
• Plan and execute national medical symposia and congresses for KOL and HCP engagement.
• Involve in EPD/NPD pipeline for solution and specialty (S&S) products.
• Manage and improve direct-to-consumer events (e.g., Prenatal class, Baby Expo) to boost brand awareness.
• Identify new business opportunities through partnerships with other medical institutions.
• Gatekeep and manage the marketing budget with strict adherence to compliance.

Deploy strategies and tactics to achieve department business goals; leverage the expertise & resources in Hong Kong market and continuously enhance the productivity and acquisition touchpoints in medical channel

Work closely with cross-functional departments (e.g. Marketing & Trade Team) to align company’s strategic direction

Develop HCP communication materials according to latest scientific evidence and conduct training sessions to sales team to ensure updated and accurate message conveying HCPs

Plan and execute national medical symposia and congress for KOL & HCP engagement

Involved in EPD/ NPD pipeline for solution and specialty (S&S) products

Manage and continuously improve direct to consumer events (e.g. Prenatal class and Baby Expo) to drive brand awareness

Identify new business opportunities through partnership with other medical institutions

Gatekeep and well manage the marketing budget effectively with strict adherence to company compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health science or nutrition and related disciplines

At least 5 years of exposure in nutrition, pharmaceutical or medical device companies. Solid field sales experience will be an advantage

Exposure to Hong Kong healthcare systems will be a plus

Solid experience in product management and business understanding

Capabilities of A&P budgeting and PNL management

Experience in people management is a plus

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Medical Marketing Manager
