Delken Group Limited is seeking a proactive Senior Officer, Community Enrichment to promote HKSTP Incubation and Acceleration Programmes and portfolio companies to the wider community, using internal and external networks.

You will help organize engagement events for Science Park mentors, alumni and startups, handle enquiries, assist in marketing materials and reports, and support other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in community engagement, marketing or event management.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Proficient in MS Office and Canva; strong written and spoken communication.

Senior Officer, Community Enrichment

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the team in organising engagement events and activities for Science Park mentors, alumni and startups
• Handle enquiries
• Contribute to preparation of marketing materials and statistical reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement programme support, or marketing and event management, preferably in Innovation & Technology industry or a startup environment
• Innovative, dynamic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and is able to work under tight schedule
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), design tools (Canva) and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
