Job summary

The Housing Society is seeking a proactive marketer with strong leadership to drive marketing and sales operations for residential projects in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with business partners and vendors to execute plans and supervise material production, ensuring accuracy under the First-hand Sales ordinance.

The role requires bilingual English and Chinese (Cantonese/M Mandarin) communication, plus the ability to compile market reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with relevant experience in marketing or sales for residential projects.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proactive and organized with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating with partners/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating marketing strategies for residential projects and lead production of marketing materials.
• Assist in formulating sales strategies for residential projects and manage sales operation (office, show flats).
• Ensure accuracy of sales and marketing literature under relevant ordinances.
• Compile regular market and policy reports for senior management, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Supervise staff to ensure smooth handover, defect rectification follow-up, and handle inquiries/complaints.
