Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society invites applications for Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) - Property Development. You will assist in formulating and executing marketing and sales strategies for residential projects, supervise materials, manage show flats and sales offices, and ensure compliance with the First-hand Sales Ordinance.

You will lead a small team in coordinating handovers, defect rectification, and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience OR Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Proactive with willingness to learn.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design software is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating marketing strategies for residential projects and lead production of marketing materials by supervising and coordinating with partners and vendors.
• Assist in formulating sales strategies for residential projects; manage sales operation (sales office; show flats) and administer relevant legal documents.
• Ensure accuracy of sales and marketing literatures under the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Compile regular market and policy reports for senior management (quantitative and qualitative).
• Supervise staff to ensure smooth handover operations, defect rectification follow-up, and handle inquiries and complaints.
