The Hong Kong Red Cross is seeking an Assistant Manager (Relief Service) to work closely with the Manager to plan and execute relief operations and anticipatory action projects in Hong Kong. The role involves supervising project tasks, volunteer management, and reporting, with the ability to operate during emergencies and holidays.
Based in West Kowloon, you will coordinate with partners, monitor activities, and prepare financial and narrative reports.

The Assistant Manager works closely with the Manager and Deputy Manager of Relief Service to plan and execute operations and projects related to Hong Kong Red Cross’ local emergency response. S/he will contribute to Hong Kong Red Cross’ relief operations and anticipatory action projects of extreme weather events, as well as volunteer management and other institutional disaster preparedness tasks.
