Job summary

Haitong International Securities Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced execution professional to provide accurate, timely handling of orders for High Net Worth clients across Hong Kong and global equities, futures and options.

The role requires a bachelor degree, at least 3 years' securities/futures dealing experience, and a valid SFC Type 1 and Type 2 license; you must be fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin, and comfortable with holiday work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with at least 3 years' experience in securities / futures dealing.
Holder of relevant SFC license Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities.
Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Familiar with trading platforms such as Hundsun Ayers, SP Trader, Esunny and Bloomberg.
Experience in system migration or UAT is a plus; willing to work on holidays; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent, accurate and timely execution services to High Net Worth customers.
Handle CD orders or large orders and monitor outstanding orders and margin positions.
Assist Risk Management to handle forced liquidation orders.
Prepare daily trade reports and trade monitoring reports.
Follow up on regulatory announcements related to exchanges.
Perform day-end processing and related tasks.
Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
