Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a capable Sales Assistant to support private banking and wealth management client coverage. You will accurately process dealing orders from sales teams and clients, provide end-to-end administrative support, and serve as a primary contact for client enquiries.

The role requires licensing with the SFC or HKMA and a minimum of 2 years in private banking, wealth management, or asset management.

Qualifications

• Licensed with the SFC or HKMA, with at least 2 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and execute dealing orders from sales teams and clients accurately and timely.
• Provide end-to-end sales and administrative support to ensure seamless client coverage.
• Serve as a primary contact for client enquiries and deliver high-quality service.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
