Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned ISO quality management professional to lead audit operations within a technology-focused organization in Hong Kong. You will drive process optimization, support QMS maintenance, and deliver ISO training across internal and external audit activities.

The successful candidate will possess 5+ years in ISO quality management, strong analytical skills, and bilingual English‑Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Quality Management, Operations, IT, or related fields.
• 5+ years in ISO quality management; IT industry exposure preferred.
• Solid understanding of QMS operation and ISO framework maintenance.
• Auditor training in ISO 9001/ISO 20000/ISO 27001 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-driven, attentive to detail, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
• Passionate about improvement, governance, and compliance excellence.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO audit operations and drive process optimization within a growing digital solutions team.
• Handle end‑to‑end internal and external ISO audit activities to ensure compliance.
• Support creation, enhancement, and documentation of quality procedures and policies.
• Deliver training on ISO practices, audit readiness, and quality awareness.
• Champion continuous improvement programs to optimize quality workflows.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive action plans to resolve non‑conformities.
• Track, analyze, and report core quality KPIs and compliance metrics.
• Drive corporate process standardization initiatives including risk, KPI, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to embed quality discipline into operations.
