Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a QA professional to establish in-house quality and testing standards. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to define automation specs, review deliverables, and generate QA reports to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One, plus strong communication in English and Chinese. A university degree and agility-focused mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5 years working experience in IT is preferred, in particular a good understanding of agile methodology and test automation.
• Hands on experience in using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One is much preferred.
• Certification in QM, PMP, Scrum Master is a definite advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good writing skills in both Chinese & English.

• Collecting, analyzing and distributing data and statistics regarding quality management.

Requirements

• University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5 years working experience in IT is preferred, in particular a good understanding of agile methodology and test automation (lesser experience will also be considered for junior position).
• Hands on experience in using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One is much preferred.
• Certification in one or more of the following professional disciplines QM, PMP, Scrum Master is a definite advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, with strong analytical mind.
• Good writing skills in both Chinese & English.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is much preferred.
