XH Supply Chain Management (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA/Compliance operations, ensure right-first-time quality, and drive improvements across the supply chain. You will shape strategic programs with cross-functional teams and external partners to uphold the highest standards.
Responsibilities include implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, developing KPIs, managing suppliers, and training staff.
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership in QA/Compliance operations management, ensuring right-first-time execution, and maintaining the highest levels of quality across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to set strategic directions on quality improvement programs internally and externally.
Implement and manage quality control systems and procedures throughout the supply chain process
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes, address quality issues, and drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify and resolve any quality-related problems or customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to implement best practices
Train and support team members on quality assurance processes and standards
Tertiary education in cold chain supply chain, logistics, or relevant disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in technical and quality control of the food industry, cold chain supply chain, or FMCG in a supervisory capacity for a multinational organization. Worked at the corporate level would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of quality control systems, procedures, and best practices of Hong Kong, China, and Macau markets
