Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to join its fund administration team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on data validation, NAV delivery, client onboarding, and process improvements within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting, timely reporting, and strict adherence to regulatory policies while communicating effectively with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• HKICPA or equivalent is an advantage.
• 5–8 years in investment management, fund administration, or financial reporting for investment funds in public markets; audit/accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Geneva is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular trade data and market data validation across asset classes (equities, futures & options, fixed income, FX, OTC products).
• Ensure NAV is delivered on time and resolve market data issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain portfolios’ records.
• Act as a contact point for clients, plan timelines, foresee issues, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to complete client onboarding workflows.
• Participate in operations related to projects such as system deployments and policy/procedure enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve accounting and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
