Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a Fund Administrator to ensure timely NAV production, manage daily fund accounting and maintain strong operational controls in HK. You will coordinate with fund managers, custodians and auditors to meet client deadlines and support new funds onboarding.

The role requires 5+ years in fund administration, solid knowledge of fund accounting, derivatives and valuation, and experience with Geneva/Bloomberg.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, derivatives, and valuation.
• Experience with Geneva, Bloomberg or other fund accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fund accounting and NAV calculation for various fund structures.
• Check NAV packages, financial reports and client deliverables before release.
• Monitor daily operational workflow and ensure client deadlines are met.
• Investigate NAV exceptions, pricing issues and reconciliation breaks.
• Handle complex fund events including Corporate Actions and FX valuation.
• Coordinate with fund managers, custodians, auditors, brokers and compliance.
• Monitor operation risk and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead system enhancements, UAT and automation initiatives.
• Support onboarding of new funds and products (ETFs, MMFs, OFCs, Private Funds).
• Monitor SLAs and operational KPIs; coach junior team members.
