Job summary

TREATS in Hong Kong is seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop regular giving and donor engagement initiatives, focusing on the TREATS Monthly Donation Scheme. You will lead a small in-house fundraising team and collaborate with stakeholders to drive donor acquisition and retention.

The role requires a university degree with at least 3 years in fundraising and experience in face-to-face activities, team supervision, and strong bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 3 years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Experience in face-to-face fundraising or new donor acquisition is advantageous.
• Experience in supervising a small team in a fundraising or customer-facing setting.
• Strong commitment to TREATS’ mission of creating an inclusive society and equal opportunities for children and young people in Hong Kong.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multi-stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, data-driven with CRM and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

The position is responsible for managing and developing TREATS’ regular giving and donor engagement initiatives, with a particular focus onTREATS Monthly Donation Scheme and leading a small in-house fundraising team. The role will drive donor acquisition and fundraising performance, while overseeing donor engagement, retention, upgrades, seasonal appeals and the donor database. The successful candidate will use donor data and insights to improve fundraising results, strengthen donor relationships and support TREATS’ long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• A university degree withat least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor development, marketing or related fields.
• Experience inface-to-face fundraising and/or new donor acquisition, donor retention, upgrades, fundraising appeals or digital fundraising will be an advantage.
• Experience in supervising, coaching or managing a small team, preferably in a fundraising or customer-facing environment.
• Strong commitment to TREATS’ mission of creating an inclusive society and equal opportunities for children and young people in Hong Kong.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with donors, fundraisers, team members and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, people-oriented and solution-focused approach, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
• Aresults and data-driven mindset, with experience in CRM, donor databases, reporting and data analysis will be an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spokenChinese and English.
