Job summary

Vistra in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Fund Services professional to build and grow our North Asia market footprint.

You will manage NAV and P&L reporting, capital calls, distribution calculations, and coordination between investors and fund managers, using your 3+ years of PE or hedge fund accounting experience to deliver accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of fund accounting experience in PE and/or hedge funds.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle NAV, P&L reporting, and year-end financial statements for funds.
• Prepare capital calls and distribution calculations.
• Provide logistics support for bank account openings, KYC, and other fund admin tasks.
• Coordinate between investors, fund managers and custodians to resolve issues.

Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Fund Services team on a full-time basis.

Purpose of the role:

• This role is responsible for building and raising our fund services market within North Asia.

Scope:

• This role is predominately focused on our fund administration and investment structuring services, with the goal of developing and maintaining a network of prospects and translating those prospects into clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle accounting functions including NAV, PL reporting, year-end financial statements and other fund and investor related reports
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculation
• Provide logistics support on bank account opening, KYC review and other fund administration duties as assigned
• Coordinate between investors, fund managers and custodians for resolving any issues that may arise
• To maintain and submit accurate daily timesheets on billable hours
• Assist in handing ad hoc projects when required

Attributes & Skills:

• Optimistic, self-driven and positive attitude individual
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency Client focused and details orientated
• At least 3 years of related fund accounting experience in both PE & Hedge Fund (or either one)
