Job summary

TMF Hong Kong Limited is seeking a detail-oriented fund administration professional to oversee the operation life cycle of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, and funds of funds in collaboration with Fund Accounting Managers.

You will perform administration duties, assist on-boarding of new clients and investors, prepare data and accounting entries, conduct NAV calculations and year-end support, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across

Qualifications

• University or college degree in accounting/finance.
• Relevant experience in accounting or related field.
• Interest in financial markets and fund industry.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Fast learner and team player.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role will encompass all aspects of the operation life cycle of private investment funds, covering private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge fund, fund of funds and managed portfolio. You will be working closely with Fund Accounting Managers, and your responsibilities will include:

Education and qualifications:

• University or College degree, preferably with a major in accounting/finance
• Preferably with relevant experience in accounting or related field
• A proven interest in the financial markets and fund industry
• Intermediate to Advance level MS Excel skills
• Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
• A fast learner and a team player
