Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a finance professional to support the rollout of an Enterprise Performance Management platform. You will assist with business requirements, testing, and process improvements while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

The role includes month-end closings, accruals, provisions, and expense allocations, with involvement in annual expense studies and finance transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 4-6 years of FP&A, management reporting, expense management, business analysis, or finance transformation experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Insurance, financial services, or Big 4 audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Python, Cognos, Databricks, or Power Automate is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new EPM platform.
• Assist with business requirements, testing (UAT/SIT), and process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and expense analytics.
• Perform month-end expense closing, including accruals, provisions, and expense allocations.
• Coordinate annual expense studies and support finance transformation projects.
