Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a Deposit Product Manager to assist the Team Head in driving deposit business and delivering growth in deposit balances and revenue for the Personal & Business Banking Group.

The role requires clear communication with internal customers, solid product knowledge, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure compliant and competitive deposit propositions.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in product development/ management for deposit products preferably in banking field
• Sound deposit product knowledge & understanding of basic regulatory requirements.
• Market Knowledge - Understand industry and market development relating to own function. Alert management to emerging opportunities and threats and make practical recommendations to solve problems
• Product Knowledge - Understand the proposition and pricing structure of CNCBI deposit products to ensure the competitiveness of our products and services

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Head to drive deposit-business and grow deposit balance and revenue.

• Support frontline and ensure AML/CTF controls per regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Job description

Assist the Team Head to drive the deposit-business and deliver the growth of deposit balance and deposit revenue through strategic agendas, managing the deposit volume, customer rate and Net Interest Margin for Personal & Business Banking Group.

Clearly communicate with the internal customers regarding their needs and expectations through active listening and proactive questioning skills.

Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in product development/ management for deposit products preferably in banking field
