  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, influencing decisions through insight-driven recommendations

You are energized by

  • Solving complex business questions through structured analytical thinking
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy
  • Building dashboards, models, and frameworks that improve decision-making
  • Presenting insights in a clear, concise, and compelling way to senior stakeholders
  • Continuously improving data quality, processes, and analytical capabilities

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis within retail, luxury, FMCG, or similar environments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage end‑to‑end analysis (from problem framing to recommendations)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboard development
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets across multiple sources (e.g., CRM, POS, traffic, product data)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
