Job summary

Cathay Pacific is driving a major digital transformation for Cathay Cargo's distribution capabilities. In the Cargo Global Sales and Distribution team, you will help expand distribution network and contribute to the Cargo Pricing Engine development and rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the cargo industry.
• Strong data analysis and numerical skills; experience in business process review is a plus.
• Understanding of the cargo logistics chain highly preferred.
• Solid project management experience with cross-department initiatives.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and support change.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of cargo commercial operations, cargo reservations, and distribution channels is advantageous.

Role Introduction

Drive the evolution of Cathay Cargo's distribution capabilities by supporting a major digital transformation initiative. Working within Cargo Global Sales and Distribution, you will help expand the breadth of our distribution network while contributing to the development and rollout of the Cargo Pricing Engine. Your work will connect commercial objectives, customer needs, and technology solutions to strengthen how cargo products are distributed and priced across the business.

Partnering closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will gather, validate, and document business requirements from a distribution perspective, ensuring solutions remain aligned with defined objectives and scope. You will also play an important role in change management, helping regional teams prepare for and adopt new pricing capabilities while supporting implementation and integration with existing systems.

Success in this role comes from balancing analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. By helping deliver effective pricing and distribution solutions, you will contribute to Cathay Cargo's ability to better serve customers and support long-term commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor implementation progress, identify issues, and work with stakeholders to address challenges
• Partner with project teams to support successful integration of the pricing engine with existing systems
• Establish feedback mechanisms with sales teams and customers, and identify risks and mitigation actions to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the cargo industry
• Good data analysis and numerical skills, with experience in business process review preferred
• Good understanding of the cargo logistics chain highly preferred
• Sound project management skills with solid experience participating in cross-departmental initiatives
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, take ownership of new initiatives, and support change
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of cargo commercial operations, cargo reservations, and distribution channels is an advantage
