Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Treasury Marketing professional to support Global Markets clients and manage marketing plans and budgets.

You will advise Relationship Managers, conduct market surveys, and drive new business initiatives while maintaining MIS.

A degree in Economics/Finance, 8–10 years Treasury marketing experience, SFC securities license, and CSTMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Economics or Finance or related disciplines.
• 8–10 years of work experience in Treasury, preferably with corporate marketing.
• Solid experience in marketing of treasury structured products.
• Solid marketing experience at day-to-day client facing level.
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities and advising on securities.
• Holder of CSTMP under HKMA ECF on TM is preferred.
• Good knowledge in sales procedure and compliance requirements.
• Good knowledge in credit risk and fundamental market risk.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Corporate Marketing to manage the Global Markets activities/ transactions for a portfolio of Wholesale Banking Group clients, in particular the execution of marketing plans and the delivery of a hard-dollar budget.
• Make marketing calls (as per objective setting) and to follow up on all necessary actions.
• Advise/ guide Relationship Managers in all T&M marketing related matters, i.e. Credit, Legal & Compliance, Operations, etc. proactively.
• Conduct marketing related surveys for market intelligence purposes.
• Provide feedback from clients for purposes of improving and sustaining good to excellent service level.
• Participate and drive in Global Markets related projects/ business plans actively.
• Build and maintain accurate MIS for business analysis purposes.
• Participate some business initiatives to drive for certain new business, new marketing ideas, new products or new business models, etc.
