Job summary

Whampoa Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large residential development in Tsing Yi. The role requires a degree in property management, at least 5 years of supervisory experience, and preferably a PMP Tier 1 licence.

You will monitor day-to-day PM functions, manage budgets, liaise with government bodies, and represent the company at Owners' Committee meetings, ensuring strong stakeholder relations and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience.
• PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred.
• Oversee day-to-day property management functions (security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities).
• Monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual budgets.
• Liaise with Government departments and other company departments.
• Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain good relationships.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
