Job summary

Whampoa Property Management Limited, which manages a large residential development in Tsing Yi, seeks an Estate Manager to oversee daily operations and facilities. You will coordinate property maintenance, tenant liaison, and compliance with licensing requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Estate Management, has 2-3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong management and interpersonal skills.
