Job summary

Hutchison Whampoa is seeking a Property Manager for a large residential development in Whampoa. You will oversee daily property management functions including security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, and facilities management to ensure smooth operation and resident safety.

Candidates should hold a degree in Property Management or related disciplines, with a minimum of five years' supervisory experience, and be fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in supervisory level.
• Experience overseeing day-to-day property management functions such as security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management.
