Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is seeking an Assistant / Engineering Manager to lead site engineering, oversee new production projects and industrial engineering, and provide technical leadership across the business from quoting to final assembly and test.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and proven leadership skills, with extensive experience in electronic engineering management for PCBA and box build, and a track record of supervising teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering discipline.
• At least 12 years experience in an electronic engineering management capacity in PCBA, box build, with 5 years experience in managerial level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to analyze data and generate summary of findings.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
