Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is seeking an Assistant NPI Manager based in Dongguan to oversee new product introductions in our manufacturing facility.

You will liaise with customers on specifications and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronic Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing, solid knowledge of product development and production, and proven project management and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/mechatronic engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Solid knowledge of product development, production and testing processes.
• Proven project management and budget control experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Based in Dongguan factory.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers on product specifications.
• Ensure project schedules and deliverables are completed on time.
• Enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Formulate project plans and allocate resources for project implementation.
• Coordinate with overseas customers and in-house production teams for project development.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required to join customers' project meetings.
• Experience in mechanical design with ProE/Creo will be an advantage.
