ESIGHT TECHNOLOGY SHENZHEN is seeking a seasoned project manager to assist the general manager in coordinating automation projects, organizing requirements, and launching initiatives across the company. You will oversee planning, tracking, resource allocation and risk management to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in engineering or business, has 6+ years of experience in automation, and demonstrates strong English communication, data analysis, and proficiency

• Strong English communication skills and ability to process PPTs and reports.
• Data analysis capability and industry resources are advantageous.
• Familiar with various project management tools and reporting formats.
• Strong management awareness, service orientation and coordination ability.

Aufgaben

• Assist the general manager to handle various business affairs in the order link.
• Assist the general manager to complete internal task assignments, follow-up and monitoring of the business department.
• Sort out project requirements, establish the project, and organize the project launch.
• Formulate, roll out, track and evaluate project plans.
• Control project progress, allocate resources, manage risk and summarize projects.
• Organize and roll out document planning, track implementation, and conduct evaluation and filing.
• Organize and roll out review planning, track process and quality, and file review data.
• Handle other transactional work of project management.

• Assist the general manager to handle various business affairs in the order link;
• Assist the general manager to complete the internal task assignment, follow-up and monitoring of the business department;
• To sort out the project requirements, establish the project, and organize the project launch;
• Carry out project plan formulation, rolling, tracking and plan implementation effect evaluation;
• Carry out project progress control, resource allocation, risk management, project summary, etc.;
• Responsible for organizing the formulation and rolling of the document plan, tracking the implementation of the document plan, carrying out the evaluation of the plan implementation effect, conducting document normative review and document filing, etc.;
• Responsible for organizing the formulation and rolling of the review plan, tracking the implementation of the review plan, tracking the process and quality of the technical review and decision-making review, carrying out the plan implementation and review effect evaluation, and filing review data;
• Responsible for other transactional work of project management.

Job requirements:

• Master's degree, major in engineering or business, more than six years of work experience, and must have experience in the automation industry;
• Good English communication skills are required, as well as full English form and PPT processing skills, and certain word processing and report output skills;
• Sensitive to data, strong data analysis, industry analysis capabilities, and certain industry resources are better;
• Familiar with the use of various project management tools;
• Have strong management awareness and strong management ability and level, as well as good service awareness and communication and coordination ability;
