南華工程實業有限公司 (SCEM) seeks an Electronics & Mechanical Engineer Manager to lead design, development, and testing of electronic and mechanical systems. The role is based at our factory in Fuyong, China, with responsibilities spanning from product development to post-launch activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred) and 5–8 years’ hands-on experience in design and manufacturing process development, including fixture design

• 5–8 years hands-on experience in design/manufacturing process development.
• Knowledge of fixture design and various production processes (CNC, forming, assembly).
• Strong problem-solving, data-driven insights, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customer engineering teams on technical discussions, provide DFM and costing, and drive issues to resolution during the product life cycle.
• Lead and support release, deployment, and post-launch activities for components, assemblies, and sub-contract parts.
• Ensure project delivery, quality and cost targets from development to post-launch; identify and mitigate risks.
• Design best-in-class manufacturing processes, fixtures, and qualify processes from NPI to MP stage.
• Work with QA to drive yield improvements and process changes via DOEs, SPC and data analysis.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies/equipment to improve quality, capacity and efficiency.
• Communicate project status, budgets, and risks to Management.
• Coordinate and drive technical support for Vietnam operations and ensure alignment with standard manufacturing processes.

Electronics & Machanical Engineer Manager

南華工程實業有限公司 (SCEM) is seeking a passionate Electronics & Mechanical Engineer Manager to join our innovative team. This full-time position is based in our factory located in Fuyong, China. As an Electronics & Mechanical Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customer engineering team on technical discussion, provide DFM, costing and drive engineering issues to resolution during whole product life cycle.

Lead and support release, deployment, and post-launch activities related to components, assembly modules and sub-contract parts.

Ensure project delivery, quality and cost meet the target from product development to post-launch stages, identify and mitigate technical risks that might impact project success.

Design best-in-class manufacturing process based on product requirement, design corresponding fixtures, validate process capability and qualify process from NPI to MP stage.

Work with Quality Engineers/QA to drive yield improvement and process change decisions through data-driven analysis, DOEs, SPC, etc.

Drive the adoption of modern technologies/equipment to improve production quality, capacity and efficiency.

Communicate project status, budgets, and risks to Management Team.

Coordinate and drive technical support for Vietnam operations, overseeing engineering alignment and standard manufacturing processes.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic Engineering or Engineering related major; Master degree preferred.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Design/Manufacturing Process Development.

Technical knowledge in fixture design and various production processes such as CNC (milling, lathing), forming (injection, stamping), and mechanical/electronic assembly.

Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated initiative and adaptability in a changing and dynamic environment.

Skilled in communicating complex analytics, making data-driven insights accessible and actionable.

Good written and fluent oral communication skills.
