Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Building Services Engineer in Hong Kong to join our growing team. You will design electrical building services, prepare feasibility studies and technical documents for a range of buildings including infrastructure, airports, offices, residential and government projects.

You will liaise with government departments and utilities, manage projects, attend meetings, and supervise site works. Strong English and Chinese skills, AutoCAD proficiency, and BIM knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience in design and project management in building construction projects.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Familiar with using AutoCAD software.
• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, regulations, code of practice and statutory submission processes.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in BIM is an advantage.

What will you do?

In this position, you will join our growing Hong Kong Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Buildings projects such as infrastructure, airport, office, residential, institutional buildings, data centre, hotel, casino, and a variety of Government projects.

• Design of Building Services Engineering (Electrical)
• Preparation of technical feasibility study, design report, conceptual design drawing, life-cycle study, presentation materials, etc
