Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Structural/Civil engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Hong Kong. You will lead and project-manage structural and geotechnical schemes from feasibility to detailed design, liaising with clients, authorities and design teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of relevant experience, a strong design mindset, proficiency in structural software, and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Structural/Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
• Desire to innovate, create and collaborate through design.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to develop with us.
• Ability to produce sound designs independently with commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate with Clients, Authorities, Contractors, Architects, etc.
• Good organization and project management skills.
• Experience in A&A design and/or high-rise is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and project-manage Structures / Geotechnical engineering schemes from feasibility through to detailed design
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders and attend meetings as and when required
• Possess experience in dealing with Buildings Department/ Housing Authority/ Architectural Services Department
• Have knowledge in the use of structural software
• Be positive and offer guidance to other members of the team
