Job summary

Sompo-Insurance- in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned professional to lead intermediary management and drive bancassurance sales across bank channels. The role requires extensive life insurance experience and licensing, with opportunities to coordinate end-to-end projects and support strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of life insurance products, licensing credentials (HKSI, IIQE), and a track record in sales and operations within the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Min. 4-5 years' experience in intermediary management.
• At least 8 years in life insurance field.
• At least 2 years in relevant insurance industry roles.
• Experience in sales and operations or life insurance policy administration is a plus.
• Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance sales for all bank channels, across on-site operations.
• Assist in managing and coordinating end-to-end insurance related business projects.
• Acquire and solicit bancassurance business through different channels.
• Support Branch Manager on exploring life insurance business strategy.
• On-site sales support for insurance business.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry
• Exp. in sales and operations or life insurance policy administration is a plus
