Job summary

Platinum Securities Company Limited is seeking a skilled Corporate Finance professional to perform financial due diligence, prepare M&A proposals, and lead regulatory analysis for complex transactions in the Asia region. The role involves drafting corporate finance documents, coordinating tender processes, and supporting senior management on various projects.

The ideal candidate has CPA qualifications and 4–6 years of corporate finance experience, with strong English and Chinese communication

Qualifications

• Degree in CPA or related professional qualification preferred.
• 4–6 years of corporate finance experience in financial institutions or professional firms preferred.
• Sound knowledge of market trends and HK regulatory developments.

• Perform financial due diligence and analysis on potential investment opportunities or other transactions.
• Prepare proposals for as well as execution of M&A transactions and business investment opportunities.

Job description

Requirements:

• A recognized Degree in CPA or related professional qualification is preferred.
• At least 4 - 6 years of related working experience in corporate finance, gained from financial institutions or professional firms, is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of the market trends and recent developments in the regional financial markets.
• Sound knowledge in financial analysis, and a working knowledge of the HK Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and/or Rules Governing the Listing of Securities.
• Possess initiative and strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of spread sheets and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is required. India is an advantage.
