Job summary

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch is seeking an Assistant, Credit Control - Unsecured Lending to manage overdue balances and monitor loan accounts. You will perform dunning, coordinate with outsourced partners and handle inquiries with a customer-oriented approach.

The role requires strong communication in Cantonese, English and Putonghua, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, learning mindset.

Qualifications
