Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related regulatory discipline.
• 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory control, or risk management, preferably with exposure to overseas markets.
• Proven expertise in managing trade-related risks, KYC processes, and anti-bribery regulations.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage complex regulatory frameworks independently.
• Strong analytical skills to research and translate global policies into effective, business-friendly internal controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
