Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited is seeking an Assistant Analytics Manager for Residential Leasing. You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in corporate strategy and business analytics. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and familiarity with Salesforce and Opera is a plus; fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in corporate strategy and business analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver insight-driven outputs under tight timelines.
• Proven experience presenting insights to senior management with clarity and commercial interpretation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to tell the story behind the data.
• Advanced multitasking, detail-oriented and commercially minded.
• Knowledge of real estate sector is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management materials, including storylines and analysis frameworks.
• Provide analytical evidence for business cases, market metrics and benchmarking.
• Analyze and visualize data to identify trends, root-cause insights and key findings.
• Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent and decision-ready.
• Conduct market research focusing on Hong Kong and Mainland China luxury residential leasing and serviced apartments.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and travel may be required.
