Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead data analytics and engineering efforts in Hong Kong. You will own structured and unstructured datasets, design robust data architectures, and drive automation and reporting across diverse data sources.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance and actionable insights, leveraging Python, SQL and advanced Excel. fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS/IS/Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in data analytics, data engineering, and related areas.
• Experience with multi-source data, data cleansing, governance and standards.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and scripting; familiarity with AI tools for data work.
• Excel (advanced) and SPSS are advantages.
• Strong English and Chinese communication; data-driven business sense.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and ownership of research data and customer analytics databases.
• Manage databases, analytics, automation and reporting projects.
• Define database architecture, data structures and data standards.
• Automate templates, reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Ensure data quality through cleansing and standardization across sources.
• Propose and maintain platforms linked to databases and workflows.
• Write user requirements, schemas, and data handling procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
