The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle full-set accounts, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and tax computations in a demanding property management environment.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accountancy, professional qualification progress (HKICPA/ACCA), and at least five years of accounting experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP are highly preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines.
• HKICPA/ACCA student member or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, preferably in property management business.
• Initiative, able to work independently and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Excel is required.
• Familiar with SAP system is highly preferred.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts including daily account operations, month-end closing and financial reports.
• Responsible for preparing of financial statement, annual budget, periodic forecast, management reports and tax computation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks when assigned.
