Job summary

Wing Fat Group is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee full-set accounts, consolidation, taxation and audit for its restaurant operations and central kitchen.

The role requires supervising a team, managing multiple entities, intercompany balancing, budgeting, tax filings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 5–6 years in group consolidation or regional financial management, preferably in F&B, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with consolidation and multi-entities is essential.
• Proficient in MS365 and Flex accounting software.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Assistant Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting team and prepare group consolidation and timely financial and management reports.
• Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities and perform monthly consolidation.
• Oversee AP/AR and verify intercompany balances with affiliates and suppliers.
• Provide cost control strategy and analysis for food factory and restaurant operations.
• Assist in annual budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis.
• Set annual KPIs for the accounting department and lead the team to achieve targets.
• Prepare and support tax filings, tax computations, and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

Wing Fat Group is a local catering group operating across three key areas: Chinese cuisine, Japanese restaurants, and a Central Kitchen. We are now seeking an experienced candidate to lead our accounting team. You will oversee full-set accounts, consolidation, taxation, and audit for our restaurant operations and food production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• - Supervise an accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations and prepare group consolidation and timely financial and management reports
• - Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities and perform monthly consolidation
• - Oversee AP/AR and responsible for verifying the balance of transactions between affiliated companies and suppliers
• - Provide cost control strategy and analysis for food factory and restaurant operations
• - Assist in preparing annual budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis
• - Set annual KPIs for the accounting department and lead the team to achieve targets
• - Prepare and support tax filings, tax computations, and liaise with auditors
• * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies

Requirements
