AS Watson Retail (HK) Limited is seeking a skilled finance professional to join Group Finance - Finance Shared Service (Retail Hong Kong). You will lead month-end close, ensure timely financial reporting, and uphold strong financial controls across entities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review complex journal entries, and drive process improvements using data-driven methods to support the O+O business model in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in multinational/shared service environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on process improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end close and timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, reclassifications and intercompany work.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze results, explain variances and provide business insights.
• Coordinate audit activities and prepare supporting schedules.
• Drive standardization, automation and control enhancements.
• Collaborate with business units to resolve reporting matters.
• Support O+O business reporting governance and cross-team initiatives.
