Job summary

Pax Innovations Limited is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Hong Kong to manage accounting operations, financial analysis, and tax compliance for the company. You will oversee bank ledgers, multi-currency reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and general ledger processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred) with 5+ years of experience, especially in FMCG, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• CPA qualification is preferable.
• Over 5 years of experience, preferably in audit firms and listed FMCG companies.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience handling full-set accounts and HK tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hong Kong bank transaction ledgers and reconcile multi-currency receipts and payments.
• Summarise and analyse cash flow movements and prepare cash flow summaries.
• Conduct financial data analysis and compile management reports.
• Oversee general ledger operations for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage Hong Kong company tax returns to ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

Manage Hong Kong company bank transaction ledgers and reconcile multi-currency cross-border receipts and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Regularly summarise and analyse cash flow movements and prepare cash flow summaries to optimise capital utilisation efficiency

Conduct financial data analysis, compile financial management reports, and follow up on improvements for abnormal items

Oversee Hong Kong company general ledger operations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts

Manage Hong Kong company tax returns to ensure compliance and reasonableness

About you
