• Process corporate action transactions and related tasks within the assigned coverage area.
• Respond to client and stakeholder requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow escalation framework and help identify and prevent operational issues.
• Raise issues and propose practical solutions for process improvements.
• Liaise with local agents, clients and internal units to process voluntary corporate action events within market deadlines.
• Perform corporate action reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and monitor key risks.
