Morgan Stanley is seeking an Asset Services Corporate Actions Analyst in Hong Kong to support timely, accurate APAC processing of corporate actions and maintain strong client service with focused risk controls. The role sits in Shared Services & Banking Ops and partners across the firm to ensure compliant, high-quality processing.

You will handle actions, respond to inquiries, escalate issues, and work with internal and external teams to meet tight deadlines while upholding the firm’s risk

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in banking, securities operations or corporate actions.
• Ability to analyse and reconcile detailed information accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Process corporate action transactions in the APAC coverage area.
• Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed while enforcing policies.
• Follow escalation framework and help prevent operational issues.
• Raise issues and propose practical process improvements.
• Liaise with local agents, clients and internal units to process events on deadlines.
• Conduct corporate action reconciliations and monitor risks.
