Morgan Stanley is seeking an Asset Services Corporate Actions Analyst to support timely processing of Asia-Pacific corporate actions within Shared Services & Banking Ops. The role emphasizes accuracy, client service, and strong risk management across a high-volume environment in Hong Kong.

You will work within the Operations division to partner with business units, ensuring controls and process improvements while meeting strict deadlines and client needs.

• At least 0-2 years' relevant banking, securities operations or corporate actions experience would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Process corporate action transactions and related tasks within the assigned coverage area.
• Respond to client and stakeholder requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Follow the escalation framework, identify and escalate operational issues, and help prevent them.
• Raise issues, challenge existing practices and propose practical solutions and process improvements.
• Liaise with local agents, clients and internal units to process voluntary corporate action events within market deadlines.
• Perform corporate action reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and monitor key risks to support accurate entitlements.
