Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong is seeking an Asset Services Corporate Actions Analyst to support timely and accurate processing of Asia-Pacific corporate actions within Shared Services & Banking Ops. You will handle client requests with precision, escalate issues when needed and help drive process improvements while maintaining strong controls.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience would be expected to develop the skills required for this role.
• Experience in banking, securities operations or corporate actions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate action transactions and related tasks within the assigned coverage area.
• Respond to client and stakeholder requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Follow the escalation framework, identifying, escalating and helping to prevent operational issues.
• Raise issues and propose practical solutions and process improvements.
• Liaise with local agents, clients and internal units to research and process voluntary corporate action events within strict market deadlines.
• Perform corporate action reconciliations and monitor key risks to support accurate client entitlements.
