J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Solution seeks a Product Manager to support Asia market roadmap delivery, translating regional needs into prioritized work and driving execution with a focus on efficient technology use and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role collaborates with regional stakeholders to define requirements, write user stories, and maintain a groomed backlog while coordinating with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Controls to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in product, analysis, digital delivery, or agile roles.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Comfortable with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Interest in AI-enabled product capabilities and governance/measurement basics.
• Clear written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver end-to-end client and advisor journeys for Asia markets across digital and assisted channels.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to gather requirements and document market-specific needs, constraints, and handoffs.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; maintain a well-groomed backlog aligned to the roadmap.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Controls to ensure solutions are usable, scalable, and compliant.
• Help deliver AI-enabled features, including testing and measurement.
• Track delivery status, dependencies, risks, and releases; prepare readiness materials and communications.
• Monitor KPIs and client/advisor feedback; propose iterative improvements based on data and user insights.
• Contribute to reusability and standardization by identifying opportunities for shared components across regions.
