Job summary

Lawyers On Demand (LOD) in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Solutions Director to drive growth across Hong Kong and the Asia region. You will build relationships with leading legal teams, help solve resourcing, operations and transformation challenges, and act as a trusted advisor to General Counsel and heads of legal.

Qualified lawyers with 8–12 years of experience, strong knowledge of legal tech, and a commercial mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer with private practice or in-house background.
• 8–12 years' experience in legal services, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven success in client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of legal technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with General Counsel and senior stakeholders across Hong Kong and Asia.
• Own full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop tailored legal resourcing and transformation solutions.
• Advise on legal operations and department optimisation.
• Lead cross-border opportunities with global colleagues.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting.
