Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Operations Client Servicing Associate role sits within PWM Asia Operations, serving as a key client service and escalation contact, partnering with business and internal stakeholders to support issue resolution, training coordination, metrics reporting and process improvement.

The position focuses on post-execution processes, transaction support and driving operational excellence across regional teams, with coverage for Singapore and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, client service, middle office or asset servicing environments.
• Understanding of cash products, OTC derivatives and related asset classes.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes, functions and project activities leveraging operational workflows.
• Identify risks and contribute to control enhancements and process improvements.
• Build effective relationships with Operations teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and strategic initiatives for timely execution.
• Act as local client service contact for Singapore, with backup for Hong Kong.
• Coordinate training, stakeholder meetings, escalation metrics and updates.
• Produce and analyze management reporting to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to enhance client experience.
