Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Operations Client Servicing Associate to act as a key client service and escalation contact for PWM Asia Operations, coordinating with business units and internal stakeholders to support issue resolution and process improvements.

Based in Hong Kong with regional responsibilities, the role focuses on post-execution processes, training coordination, and management reporting to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations or client servicing roles.
• Familiarity with risk controls and process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and activities by applying knowledge of operational workflows, systems and financial products.
• Recognize risk in daily activities and contribute to control enhancements and process improvements.
• Build effective relationships with Operations teams and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Participate in projects and strategic initiatives, contributing to solution development and timely execution.
• Act as a local Operations client service contact point for Singapore, with backup coverage for Hong Kong, supporting escalation management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate Operations-related training, stakeholder meetings, escalation metrics and management updates to drive transparency and remediation efforts.
• Produce and analyze management reporting to identify trends, highlight risks and support decision-making.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to enhance the client experience and promote operational excellence.
