Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Operations Client Servicing Associate for PWM Asia Operations. This role acts as a key client service and escalation contact, supporting issue resolution, training coordination, metrics reporting and process improvements across Singapore with backup for Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Clear goals and priorities with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Subject matter expert in the supported business area, client requirements and controls.
• Experience in Operations, client service, middle office or asset servicing.
• Understanding of cash products, OTC derivatives, alt investments and related asset classes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and summarize issues concisely.
• Ability to influence teams outside direct reporting lines to drive escalation and remediation.
• Commitment to collaboration, inclusiveness and acting as a culture carrier.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience expected for this role.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and projects leveraging knowledge of workflows, systems and financial products.
• Identify risks and contribute to control enhancements and improvements.
• Build relationships with Operations teams and internal stakeholders to support objectives.
• Participate in projects, developing solutions and timely execution.
• Serve as local Operations client service contact for Singapore with backup for HK, supporting escalation.
• Coordinate Operations training, stakeholder meetings, escalation metrics and updates.
• Produce and analyze management reporting to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with regional/global stakeholders to enhance client experience and operations excellence.
