Job summary

New Balance seeks a Managing Director, Operations & Sourcing - Asia to drive operational excellence and strategic sourcing across Asia for footwear and apparel. You will lead regional operations teams, partner with senior business leaders, and deliver best-in-class quality, service, and cost performance.

You will shape sourcing strategies, build resilient supplier partnerships, and ensure sustainable, compliant practices while supporting growth objectives and product innovation across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within global sourcing and operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-country organizations and supplier networks.
• Strong capability in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia Operations with country managers and apparel sourcing leadership.
• Drive quality, delivery, speed-to-market, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute Asia sourcing strategies for growth and resilience.
• Build and manage a high-performing footwear/apparel supplier portfolio.
• Partner with Product Creation, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, and Commercial teams.
